But there is a way to see previous updates of a game. Go to your Steam Library and right click on a game from your list. Then select View News. You'll be going to a page with news and posts of the game. Click on Product Updates and you got yourself a list of the previous updates of a game and what has been changed. EDIT: you can see your download history.. And then select Downloads from the list.
